I am the founder of two established Melbourne-based businesses, bringing over two decades of expertise in market research recruitment, operations, and service-based business development.

My roots are in advertising, which paved the way for me to establish Focus People, now one of Australia’s leading market research recruitment agencies. Later, I established Bayside Focus Group Rooms, a purpose-built research and meeting facility in Melbourne’s bayside suburb of Hampton.

Alongside my businesses, I consult with business owners to help them streamline their operations. We work together to improve efficiency, build dedicated offshore support teams, and implement practical systems that allow them to delegate effectively and get their time back.
