Bayside Focus Group Rooms was established nearly 10 years ago as a dedicated research facility and has since evolved into a versatile space for meetings, workshops, and events. Following an expansion in 2023, it now also offers co-working facilities and a purpose-built space for taste testing projects.
Sarah also works with business owners to help them reclaim their time by improving delegation, including sourcing and managing virtual assistants from the Philippines, and implementing more efficient ways of working.

Bayside Focus Group Rooms is a purpose-built research and collaboration space in Melbourne’s bayside suburb of Hampton. Established nearly 10 years ago, it was originally designed for focus groups and has since expanded to support workshops, meetings, co-working, and taste testing projects.
The venue provides a professional, comfortable, and fully equipped environment designed to support seamless research and business collaboration.
In addition to the venue, we also assist business owners to improve efficiency by helping them find and onboard virtual assistants from the Philippines. This includes guidance on delegation, role setup, and building more effective systems so business owners can buy back their time and focus on higher-value work.
